The Tyler hi-vis softshell jacket is built for anyone who needs to be seen on construction sites, in road traffic or under poor visibility conditions, while still staying protected from the weather. Thanks to its detachable sleeves, it can also be worn as a vest, making it a flexible option for changing conditions and different types of work. Sizes range from S to 4XL, so a suitable fit is available for almost every build.
The outer material is a 3-layer softshell laminate made from 100% polyester that is windproof and waterproof while remaining breathable, reflected in a breathability rating of 2,000 g/m²/24h and a water column of 5,000 mm. In practical terms, this means rain and wind stay out while moisture from the body can escape, so the jacket doesn't feel stuffy during active work. The fleece lining inside adds extra comfort in cooler conditions. Waterproof zippers, except on the sleeves, together with the adjustable sleeve cuffs with hook-and-loop fasteners and the adjustable hem, allow quick adjustments to weather and freedom of movement.
The jacket meets EN ISO 20471 Class 3, the highest class for high-visibility clothing, ensuring strong visibility in poor light and in traffic situations. When worn as a vest only, it corresponds to Class 2. It also meets the general protective clothing standard EN ISO 13688. Reflective elements on the front, back, shoulders and sleeves support visibility from all directions.
With two zippered hip pockets, a zippered chest pocket and an inner pocket with a hook-and-loop closure, the jacket offers enough storage for tools, a phone or documents. It is particularly well suited for road construction, building sites, winter services and any outdoor work where both high visibility and weather protection are essential.
