The Demino hi-vis sweat jacket is built for anyone who needs to stay visible while working on roads, construction sites or outdoors, without giving up everyday comfort. It combines the look and feel of a classic sweat jacket with the requirements of certified high-visibility workwear, making it suitable for daily use as well as for businesses that have their PPE purchases subsidised through the German BG BAU scheme.
The outer fabric is a blend of polyester, half of it recycled, and cotton, finished to a weight of around 300 g/m². In practice this makes for a jacket that feels soft, breathable and stretchy, moving with the wearer rather than restricting them. The soft cotton inner lining gives a pleasant feel against the skin, while elastic ribbed cuffs and hem keep the jacket close to the body and block out draughts. Reinforcements at heavily stressed points extend the jacket's working life, and being washable 50 times at 40°C keeps it easy to maintain even with regular use on the job.
Certification to EN ISO 20471 Class 3 confirms a high level of visibility thanks to the fluorescent background material and reflective tape, important for anyone working in poor light or close to moving vehicles. In sizes S and M the visibility class drops to Class 2, since less fluorescent area is available on smaller garments. EN 13758-2 confirms additional UV protection built into the fabric, and EN ISO 13688 covers the general baseline requirements for protective clothing. The segmented, heat-sealed reflective stripes keep visibility consistent even while moving.
With two zipped side pockets and a zipped chest pocket, the jacket offers enough storage for small tools and personal items during the working day. It suits workers in road construction and civil engineering, logistics, outdoor maintenance and any role where high-visibility clothing needs to deliver real comfort as well as protection.
