The Wassy hi-vis stretch bib-and-brace trousers are made for anyone who needs to stay clearly visible on roads, construction sites or outdoor jobs while still being able to move freely. The fluorescent yellow finish with black contrast panels ensures strong visibility, and the elastic fabric delivers a level of freedom of movement that standard hi-vis workwear often lacks.
The outer fabric is 100% polyester at around 210 g/m², striking a balance between durability and a lightweight feel on the body. It is breathable, helping to regulate body temperature during physical work, and a high-quality coating makes it water-repellent. Pre-shaped knees, elastic inserts in the waistband and an ergonomic cut keep the trousers comfortable over long shifts, while zippered ventilation openings add extra airflow when needed. Contrast panels mark the areas most prone to dirt, and targeted reinforcements protect the spots that see the heaviest wear.
The trousers meet EN ISO 20471 Class 2, which means the wearer is clearly visible in daylight and low-light conditions, a key safety factor on roads and construction sites. EN 13758-2 adds UV protection with a UPF 40+ rating, valuable for outdoor work during the summer months, while EN ISO 13688 confirms that the garment meets the general requirements for protective clothing. The wide, heat-sealed reflective stripes at 7 cm and 8 cm are applied without extra seams, keeping the trousers lighter and more comfortable to wear.
With seven pockets, including a dedicated ruler pocket and a two-part tool pocket, the Wassy is practically equipped for trades, civil engineering, road construction and any job that involves working close to traffic. Concealed zippers and snap-adjustable leg openings round out the thoughtful design.
