The Mersch hi-vis stretch work trousers are built for anyone who needs to stay visible and mobile on construction sites, in road works or logistics. Available from size 24 up to size 68, they cover everything from junior sizes through to the full adult range, making them a practical choice for companies outfitting a wide variety of body types and age groups.
The outer fabric is 100% polyester weighing around 210 g/m², woven with 4-way stretch that moves with the body when bending, kneeling or climbing. A breathable, water-repellent coating keeps light rain out without causing overheating during physical work, while the generous use of darker fabric panels means the trousers show dirt less readily. Pre-shaped knees, reinforcements at high-wear points and concealed zips that won't snag on surfaces all add up to trousers that hold up to demanding site work day after day.
These hi-vis trousers meet EN ISO 20471 class 1, helping wearers stay visible in daylight and low-light conditions, an effect reinforced by the segmented reflective strips in 7 cm and 8 cm widths for visibility after dark. Under EN 13758-2 the fabric provides a UV protection factor of UPF 40+, shielding the skin during outdoor work in strong sunlight. EN ISO 13688, the general standard for protective clothing, confirms that basic requirements for ergonomics and material quality are met.
With two side pockets, a zipped thigh pocket, two zipped back pockets, a ruler pocket and a two-part tool pocket, these trousers offer plenty of storage for tradespeople, construction workers and anyone working outdoors in hi-vis gear. Zippered ventilation openings and press-stud adjustable leg hems complete the practical feature set.
