The CoverFlash® Plus CF4 disposable coverall is built for anyone who needs reliable full-body protection when working with biological hazards, from industrial settings to healthcare and cleaning or disinfection tasks. Supplied as bulk goods with a minimum order of 50 units, it is designed for professional users who regularly need larger quantities of disposable protective clothing.
The fabric is made from polyethylene produced using flash-spun technology, a process that results in material which feels light and flexible to wear while still standing up to puncture and tear stress. Taped seams close off potential weak points at the stitching, while the two-piece hood, two-way zip with its protective flap, and elasticated cuffs at the wrists, ankles and waist keep the suit close-fitting without restricting movement. A self-adhesive chin flap and thumb loops complete the fit, helping the coverall stay securely in place even during extended wear.
The suit is tested to EN 14126, the standard covering protective clothing against infective agents, and meets the requirements of PSA category III for Types 4B, 5B and 6B. In practical terms, this means protection against fine liquid spray and splashes as well as solid particles, exactly the kind of exposure encountered when handling biologically contaminated materials.
