The CoverFlash CF5 disposable coverall from Asatex is designed for work involving contact with particles, liquids, or biological hazards. It suits industrial, laboratory, cleaning, and waste disposal environments where reliable full-body protection is needed for single use. A three-piece hood, a two-way zipper with a protective flap, and elasticated cuffs at the arms, legs, and waist keep the suit securely in place during movement, while thumb loops stop the sleeves from riding up.
The fabric is made from polyethylene processed using flash-spun technology into an HDPE nonwoven fleece. The result is a material that feels remarkably light while still being tough and tear-resistant. It produces very little lint, which matters in sensitive settings, and its breathable structure gives noticeably more wearing comfort than typical disposable suits. An antistatic finish also helps reduce static buildup during work.
Certified to EN 14126, the CoverFlash CF5 is tested against infective agents and classified as Category III PPE, Type 5B and 6B. In practice, this means protection against fine particles and light, limited liquid spray, combined with the biological protection defined by EN 14126. The suit is additionally particle-tight, water-repellent, chemical-resistant, and provides protection against radioactive contamination, covering a wide range of hazards.
This makes the CF5 suitable for cleaning and disinfection work, handling biological or radioactive contamination, laboratory tasks, and industrial processes involving dust or splashes. It is supplied as bulk packaging with a minimum order of 50 units and is available in sizes from S to 5XL for planned procurement needs.
