This Blaklader craftsman work trouser is built for anyone who spends the day moving, bending and kneeling without wanting to feel restricted: electricians, sheet metal workers, gardeners, warehouse staff and tradespeople who need full freedom of movement. It comes in both men's and women's fits and in 28 sizes from C94 to D24, so most body types will find a good match.
The base fabric is a hardwearing canvas made from 60% cotton and 40% polyester at 340 g/m², combined with 4-way stretch panels on the front, calves and back yoke, plus 2-way stretch in the crotch. In practice this means the trousers move with you instead of fighting you, while still holding up to rough daily use on site or in the warehouse. The knee pad pockets are reinforced with Cordura® stretch fabric, as are the tool pockets, the spatula pocket, the seat and the rear leg hem – exactly the areas that take the most wear during a working day.
The trousers are also thoughtfully equipped: on top of the knee pad pockets there are bellowed seat pockets, a reinforced ruler pocket with a knife holder, a bellowed leg pocket, a pen pocket, a flexible phone pocket and two large pockets, one with a zip and a removable ID pocket. Tool pockets with tool holders and extra zipped pockets add further storage. Wide belt loops, a hammer loop with a button and a D-ring on the waistband keep tools and gear exactly where they're needed. Reflective details on the leg improve visibility in low light. The fabric is certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and carries the OEKO-TEX® MADE IN GREEN label.
