The EV4 Stretch Holster Trouser is built for anyone on site or in the workshop who carries a lot of tools and still needs full freedom of movement. With 17 pockets, including a rule pocket, several holster compartments, a concealed phone pocket and a zipped chest pocket, there's a proper place for tools, phone and small items instead of digging through a single main pocket. The slim-fit design sits close to the body without ever feeling restrictive, which makes overhead work and tight spaces far more manageable.
The 4-way stretch nylon fabric moves with you rather than fighting every bend or reach, and the elasticated gusset together with the high-rise back waistband and side elastic give extra give when kneeling, climbing or crouching. Laser-cut ventilation holes and dedicated air channels stop the trouser turning into a sauna during physical work, while the Texpel Splash Eco finish is PFAS-free and causes water to bead straight off the surface. Triple stitching with taped seams keeps the garment holding up under daily wear and tear.
The pre-shaped knee pad pockets load from the top and adjust in height, so they suit different body sizes and working positions. CorePro reinforcement on the holster pockets, thigh pocket and other high-wear points protects exactly where the trouser takes the most punishment. An internal boot clip stops the trouser riding up while working, and the FlexiHem hem adjuster keeps the leg secure at the ankle without snagging. A reflective print adds extra visibility, and the trouser is designed to work with a fall-arrest harness.
The EV4 suits electricians, fitters, carpenters and any trade that carries heavy tool loads and needs to move freely while doing it. Available in short, regular and tall leg lengths across 14 sizes from 26 to 48, it's built to fit a wide range of body types.
