Product information "PREVENT High-Visibility Pilot Jacket 174ZG-3"
The PREVENT® hi-vis pilot jacket 174ZG-3 is built for anyone working outdoors who needs to stay dry, warm and clearly visible. Its classic pilot-jacket cut comes with a hood built into the collar and a removable lining, so it adapts to changing conditions – from cool transitional weather to use as a lightweight rain shell once the sleeves, lining and collar are detached. Two chest pockets, side pockets, a sleeve pocket and an inner pocket keep tools, phone and paperwork within easy reach.
The outer fabric is 100% polyester with a PU coating, and every seam is taped. In practical terms, that means no moisture creeps in through needle holes, keeping the jacket reliably watertight even in sustained rain. The fleece lining, which also lines the collar, adds warmth and a comfortable feel against the skin without making the jacket bulky.
Certification to EN 343 confirms protection against rain penetration and water vapour resistance – exactly what matters when working outdoors in unpredictable weather. The 3M reflective tape running around the body and sleeves, together with additional shoulder reflectors, helps wearers stay visible in low light or darkness.
That makes this jacket a solid choice for outdoor work in changeable weather, including road construction, logistics, landscaping and general building sites, where both visibility and protection from the elements are essential.
