The Hi-Vis Contrast Winter Pilot Jacket is built for anyone who needs to stay visible and protected outdoors through cold, wet winter conditions. It's one of the most popular styles in the 300D Industrial Hi-Vis collection, designed for workers in road construction, logistics, rail work and other outdoor roles where winter shifts are part of the job.
The quilted lining delivers real warmth without restricting movement, and the welded seams make the jacket fully waterproof rather than just water-resistant. The PFAS-free Texpel Splash Eco finish helps water bead straight off the fabric surface, keeping it drier for longer and preserving performance wash after wash. Details like the inner knit cuffs, contrast fleece collar and stowaway hood add everyday comfort, while the two-way zip and part-elasticated waistband make the jacket easy to put on, adjust and work in.
On the protection side, the jacket is EN342 certified for cold protection down to -36°C, making it suitable for demanding winter conditions. Reflective tape and contrast panels boost visibility while also helping to disguise visible dirt that could otherwise reduce the garment's hi-vis performance, and the jacket remains certified to EN ISO 20471 even after 50 washes. The fabric also carries a UPF 40+ rating, blocking a large share of UV radiation, and in orange it additionally meets RIS 3279-TOM for use in the rail industry.
With four pockets, a concealed phone pocket, a D-ring for keys or ID, and a branding-friendly finish, the jacket suits both individual buyers and teams being kitted out for rail, road construction or winter maintenance work.
