The PREVENT® hi-vis work trousers PTW-HON from the Prevent Trendline are built for anyone who needs to stay visible and well-equipped on construction sites, road works or in traffic management. The combination of hi-vis orange and black contrast panels keeps you seen on the job while giving the trousers a look that holds up well over repeated wear.
The outer fabric is made from 60% polyester and 40% cotton, while the black contrast sections are 65% cotton and 35% polyester. This blend combines the durability of polyester with the comfort of cotton, so the trousers stay comfortable through long shifts and adapt well to different working conditions. The thoughtful pocket layout is what really sets them apart in daily use: knee-pad pockets with hook-and-loop fastening can hold protective pads to ease the strain of kneeling work, while two side pockets, a zip pocket, two flapped rear pockets and a leg pocket with an attached pen pocket and hook-and-loop closure offer plenty of room for tools and personal items. A double ruler pocket with hammer loop on the right completes the practical setup.
The trousers are certified to EN ISO 20471 and classified as PSA Category II. This standard applies to high-visibility clothing designed to make the wearer clearly recognisable to others in poor light conditions or hazardous work environments, a key safety factor in traffic and busy site operations.
