The PREVENT® RJO high-visibility jacket is built for anyone working outdoors in wind and rain who also needs to stay clearly visible. Whether on construction sites, in road and civil engineering, or in logistics, it combines weather protection with hi-vis safety in a single garment, covering two requirements that naturally go together outdoors. With sizes ranging from 5XL to 4XL, it fits a wide range of body types.
The outer fabric is 100% polyester with a 130 g/m² PU coating. This coating makes the material windproof and waterproof without adding bulk or stiffness, so the jacket still feels comfortable to move in. The welded seams stop water getting in at the stitch lines, a detail that really pays off during prolonged rain. Both side pockets and the front zip are protected by press-stud flaps, keeping water out at every opening. The hood, stored in the collar and adjustable with a drawcord, can be pulled out quickly when needed and stays out of the way when it's not.
The jacket meets EN 343, the standard for protective clothing against rain, meaning it's tested to keep water from penetrating from the outside. Visibility is handled by 2 x 5 cm reflective stripes running around the body and sleeves, plus additional stripes on the shoulders that keep the wearer's outline recognisable in poor light. As Category II PPE, the jacket is designed for situations where wet conditions and reduced visibility are the main risks.
