The Multinorm Winter work trousers from Blaklader are designed for anyone working through harsh winter conditions who needs reliable, multi-hazard protection, including electricians and road or construction workers. With warm insulation and smart pocket solutions, including a bellow leg pocket, a phone pocket and a pen pocket, they're built for demanding outdoor and site work.
The fabric blend of modacrylic, FR viscose, polyester, cotton and aramid is double-woven and weighs in at 310 g/m², giving the trousers real durability even under tough daily use. The surface resists oil, dirt and water, so grime and moisture don't soak straight into the material. Reinforced knee pad pockets made from CORDURA®/Kevlar®/Protal® add extra resilience for kneeling work, while the quilted lining keeps you warm through the cold months.
The trousers are inherently flame-retardant and certified to EN ISO 11612 and EN ISO 11611, meaning protection against heat, flames and welding spatter. Certification to EN ISO 20471 Class 1 improves visibility in traffic-exposed environments, while EN 1149-5 confirms antistatic properties. EN 342 protection keeps you warm in cold conditions, EN 13034 PB [6] offers limited protection against liquid chemical splashes, and with an ATPV rating of 43.0 cal/cm² to IEC 61482-2, the trousers are also built to guard against arc flash hazards.
That combination makes them a strong fit for professionals working outdoors in winter or across changing hazard environments, such as road construction, electrical work, or building sites with elevated risks from heat, flames or static discharge.
