Product information "Women's Flame-Resistant Welder Work Trousers"
These welding trousers are cut specifically for women and built for anyone who needs dependable protection during welding and grinding work. High-vis details add visibility on site or in the workshop, while practical pockets such as side pockets, a ruler pocket and external knee-pad pockets make daily work easier. Also available as the men's model 1701, so teams of mixed sizes are equally covered.
The fabric is a blend of 79% cotton and 20% polyester with an antistatic finish, weighing 390 g/m² and built to withstand the heavy demands of welding and grinding work. The outer surface is water- and dirt-repellent, which keeps the trousers easy to maintain and durable even under tough working conditions. They are PFAS-free and approved for industrial laundering, making them a practical choice for professional use with frequent washing.
The certifications cover a wide protective range: EN ISO 11611 Class 2 provides enhanced protection for welding and related processes, EN ISO 11612 protects against heat and flame, and EN 61482-2 guards against thermal hazards from electric arcs. EN 13034 protects against splashes of liquid chemicals, EN 1149-5 gives the fabric antistatic, dissipative properties, and EN 14404 confirms protection when working in a kneeling position, in combination with matching knee pads. The fabric is also tested for harmful substances to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100.
This makes the trousers well suited to female tradespeople and welders in industry, metalworking and construction, wherever welding, grinding and assembly work demand strong flame protection alongside good visibility.
