Product information "Multinorm Jacket"
This multinorm jacket is designed for tradespeople, electricians, and road or construction workers who face several hazards on site at once. The shorter front cut allows freedom of movement, while the extended back with a gusset gives extra coverage when bending or working in awkward positions. Two flapped chest pockets, an inside pocket with a phone compartment, and a high collar with a zip make it practical for daily work as well.
The sturdy cotton, polyester and antistatic-fibre twill weave is flame-retardant and weighs 350 g/m², giving it a solid, durable feel without excessive bulk. Darker fabric panels in areas prone to dirt keep the jacket looking clean for longer, supported by the water- and dirt-repellent surface finish. The jacket is suitable for industrial laundering, making it a practical choice for regular use in demanding work environments.
The jacket covers several protection areas at once: it protects against liquid chemicals to EN 13034, is antistatic to EN 1149-5, and is flame-retardant to EN ISO 11612 as well as EN ISO 11611 for work involving sparks. It is certified as high-visibility clothing to EN ISO 20471, with the class ranging from class 2 to class 3 depending on size, ensuring good visibility from every direction. It is also tested to IEC 61482-2 for protection against the thermal effects of an electric arc, with an ATPV rating of 11.0 cal/cm².
This makes the jacket especially suited to electricians working with arc-flash risk, road and industrial workers who need certified high-visibility gear, and anyone likely to encounter chemical splashes on site.
