This craftsman work trouser from Blaklader is built for anyone on the move all day, from electricians and installers to mechanics, concrete workers and warehouse staff. Designed without nail pockets, it instead offers practical features such as a stretch-fabric phone pocket sized for most smartphones, a reinforced ruler pocket with knife holder and pen pocket, and two back pockets with gusset and a loop for a hammer holder.
The outer fabric is a sturdy polyester-cotton twill weighing 300 g/m², striking a balance between durability and everyday comfort. The knee pad pockets and back pockets are reinforced with CORDURA® stretch fabric, adding extra toughness exactly where the trousers take the most wear. Stretch panels at the back yoke, knees and knee hollow, combined with pre-shaped legs, let the trousers move with the body when kneeling, bending or climbing rather than holding it back. A plastic zip fly, metal buttons and a triple-stitched inseam are built to handle sustained daily use.
For certified knee protection, the trousers have been tested to EN 14404-3 together with Blaklader knee pads 4027, 4032, 4057 and 4058, meaning the knee protection performance in that combination is verified to the standard. The fabric also carries the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification and the OEKO-TEX MADE IN GREEN label, confirming it has been tested for harmful substances and produced with environmental responsibility in mind.
Available in nine colour combinations and 27 sizes from C94 to D24, the trousers can be matched to company colours or personal preference and cover almost every build found on a working site.
