The Blaklader X1500 is a pair of work trousers built for tradespeople who need smart storage and rugged construction on the job. Whether you work as a bricklayer, tiler, plumber, sheet metal worker, mechanic, floor layer or concrete worker, this trouser is shaped around the real demands of those trades, with a wide ruler pocket complete with pen holder and knife sleeve, a divided leg pocket with a pen pocket and a waterproof phone pocket, plus a zippered thigh pocket. Tool loops let you slot tools straight into the trousers, and extra loops with a D-ring and a hammer holder keep everything organised close at hand.
The outer fabric is a blend of 78% polyester and 22% cotton with a 330 g/m² leg fabric, giving the trousers real durability while staying comfortable to wear all day. High-wear areas such as the hanging pockets, back pockets, ruler pocket, leg pockets, knees and lower hem get extra reinforcement from CORDURA®, a fabric known for resisting abrasion and wear. Reinforced crotch seams and a triple-stitched inseam add further durability, while the pre-shaped, ergonomically cut legs support freedom of movement on site. The leg openings adjust with a drawcord, and the fabric is certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
The knee pad pockets are CORDURA®-reinforced and meet EN 14404-3 when used together with knee pads 4027, 4032, 4057 or 4058. This standard covers knee protection during kneeling work and matters most for trades that spend a lot of time working close to the ground, such as tiling or floor laying.
With its relaxed, comfortable fit and well-organised layout, the X1500 is a solid choice for anyone who needs several tools within easy reach throughout the working day, backed by a fabric built to take a beating.
