The Blaklader STRIKER trousers are built for anyone who spends the working day in motion, whether on a construction site, as an electrician, plumber, sheet metal worker or in warehouse and garden work. They pair a tough base construction with targeted stretch panels in the crotch, waist yoke and back of the knees, so bending, kneeling and long strides never feel restricted. The raised back waist keeps things comfortable when kneeling or working overhead, without gaps or pinching.
The fabric is a 2-way CORDURA® stretch twill known for its colour fastness and durability, standing up well to rough daily use on site or in the workshop. The knee pad pockets are made from CORDURA® stretch dobby and lined with stretch material inside and out, giving a more ergonomic fit when crouching or kneeling. Ventilation openings at the knee and waist yoke stop heat building up under the tough fabric, while the pre-shaped legs and tapered fit make the trousers more comfortable to wear through a full shift.
The details are just as practical: the detachable, interchangeable tool pockets can be removed or swapped for accessories such as tool pouches 2176 and 2177, the mesh phone pocket keeps dust out, and reflective details on the back of the legs improve visibility in low light. A hammer loop, a D-ring on the waistband and a reinforced ruler pocket with a knife holder round off the setup for everyday tool use.
