The CoverStar Plus CS401S is a disposable coverall designed for work where contact with biological hazards is a real possibility. It suits professionals in healthcare, cleaning, pest control and industrial settings who need reliable full-body protection with details that hold up in practice. The three-piece hood with elastic, the attached socks with knee-high boot flaps and the thumb loops keep the suit securely in place during movement and prevent gaps from opening up.
The fabric is a PP spunbond nonwoven with a microporous film laminate, giving the suit a lightweight feel while still standing up to daily use on the job. Taped seams and a double-layered zip flap with adhesive strip protect these vulnerable points from ingress. The back elastic is glued in rather than sewn, adding a further layer of protection, while the antistatic finish makes the suit a sound choice in environments where static build-up could cause problems. The two-way zip and the taped chin guard make putting the suit on and taking it off easier without compromising protection.
Certified to EN 14126, the coverall is tested against biological agents and falls under PPE Category III, Type 4B, 5B and 6B. In practical terms this means protection against liquid sprays (Type 4), fine particles (Type 5) and limited liquid splashes (Type 6), each with biological protective performance. That makes the CS401S suitable for tasks where contact with potentially infectious liquids or particles cannot be ruled out.
The CS401S is sold as bulk goods with a minimum order of 50 units and comes in sizes M to 3XL. This makes it a practical option for businesses that regularly need protective clothing in larger quantities, such as building cleaning services, healthcare facilities or remediation work.
