This painter's trousers from Blaklader are built for anyone who needs real freedom of movement alongside smart, purpose-built storage on the job. Painters will appreciate the specially designed, reinforced pocket for their tools along with nail pockets, bellows leg pockets, a pen and knife pocket, and an inner phone pocket. The trousers come in a regular fit with ergonomically shaped legs and are available in both a men's and a women's version.
The fabric is 100% cotton in a twill weave at 240 g/m², giving it a comfortable, absorbent feel that works well against sweat and moisture during long days on site. Stretch panels in the crotch, knees, hips and calves add flexibility exactly where painters need it most, whether reaching overhead or crouching low. The tool pocket and the ruler pocket are reinforced with tough CORDURA® fabric, while the knee pockets use CORDURA® stretch fabric, making the hardest-working areas of the trousers noticeably more resistant to wear. A plastic zip fly and a D-ring at the waist round off the practical details.
The textile is certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100, meaning the fabric has been tested for harmful substances and is safe for direct skin contact. The external knee pockets are tested to EN 14404-3 together with knee pads 4027, 4032, 4057 and 4058, so fitting the matching pads delivers certified knee protection for kneeling work.
That makes these trousers a strong fit for painters and decorators, as well as any tradespeople who spend long hours working close to the ground and need their tools within easy reach while staying flexible.
