The MaxiCut® Ultra DT™ AD-APT® by ATG® is a knitted cut-resistant glove designed for precision work in dry conditions. It's built for anyone who needs fine motor control and reliable hand protection at the same time, without sacrificing dexterity or freedom of movement. Its touchscreen compatibility means you can operate a smartphone or tablet without taking the glove off.
The liner, made from polyester, spandex, UHMWPE, glass fibre and nylon, delivers strong abrasion resistance while keeping the glove genuinely comfortable to wear. The nitrile micro-foam (NBR) coating gives a secure grip without adding stiffness or bulk to the hand. The AD-APT® Cooling Technology helps keep hands cool and dry, a benefit that becomes noticeable during longer shifts and can help reduce hand fatigue.
On the protection side, the glove meets EN ISO 21420:2020+A1:2024, the general requirement standard for protective gloves, as well as EN 388:2016+A1:2018, which assesses resistance to mechanical risks such as cutting, abrasion and tearing. Classified as Category II PPE, it's built for tasks involving elevated cut exposure where precision still matters.
Typical applications include construction and road construction, waste management, vehicle and aircraft manufacturing, forestry, garden and agricultural work, landscaping, hospitality, skilled trades, climate technology and mechanical engineering — anywhere dry precision work meets a real risk of cuts.
