The MaxiCut® Ultra™ AD-APT® from ATG® is a knitted cut-resistant glove designed for precision work in dry conditions, built for anyone who needs a slim, sensitive fit without compromising on protection. It brings together all the strengths of the MaxiCut® range in an even thinner, more comfortable design with high abrasion resistance.
The liner, made from UHMWPE, glass fibre, nylon and spandex, gives the glove a close, second-skin fit typical of a knitted style while standing up well to wear and tear. The coating is a patented nitrile micro-foam (NBR), silicone-free, which improves grip without getting in the way of dexterity. That combination makes the glove well suited to tasks that demand precision and a fine sense of touch, while still remaining comfortable to wear over longer periods. Touchscreen compatibility means phones and tablets can be operated without having to remove the glove.
Tested to EN ISO 21420:2020, the general standard for protective gloves, and EN 388:2016+A1:2018 for mechanical risks, the MaxiCut® Ultra™ AD-APT® delivers strong cut protection despite its thin build. Classified as PSA Category II, it offers reliable protection for tasks involving cut hazards.
This makes it a versatile choice across many industries, including construction and road building, government and public sector organisations, the printing industry, waste management, automotive and aerospace manufacturing, forestry, agriculture and horticulture, and foundries – wherever dry precision work meets the risk of cuts.
