The MaxiCut® Ultra™ (44-3755) from ATG® is a cut-resistant knit glove built for precision work in dry conditions. It's designed for tasks that demand both fine dexterity and reliable cut protection, offering a notably thin, comfortable fit that stays wearable through long shifts without causing hand fatigue.
The liner, made from a blend of UHMWPE, glass fibre, nylon and spandex, delivers the cut resistance needed for demanding tasks while keeping the glove flexible rather than bulky. Its coating of patented, silicone-free nitrile micro-foam (NBR) improves grip, and the DURAtech® technology adds extra abrasion resistance, which in practice means the glove holds up longer against rough surfaces and repeated wear.
On the protection side, the glove is tested to EN ISO 21420:2020 and EN 388:2016+A1:2018, standards covering the general requirements for protective gloves and resistance to mechanical risks such as cutting and abrasion. It falls under PSA category II and is additionally certified for contact with dry, non-fatty foodstuffs under EC Regulation 1935/2004, making it suitable for use in relevant food-related settings too.
This makes the MaxiCut® Ultra™ a solid choice for precision tasks involving cut exposure across a wide range of industries, including construction and road building, public authorities and organisations, printing and electrical industries, waste management, vehicle and aircraft manufacturing, and forestry, gardening and agriculture.
