The MaxiCut® Ultra™ from ATG® is a knitted cut-resistant glove built for anyone doing precision work in dry conditions who needs reliable protection without losing dexterity. It's engineered to stay thin and comfortable while still delivering strong cut resistance, solving the usual trade-off between safety and feel that comes with thicker protective gloves.
The liner blends nylon, steel fibre, polyester, UHMWPE, spandex and glass fibre into a knit that protects without adding bulk or stiffness. The nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) coating gives a secure grip even for fine, detailed tasks. In practice, this means the glove keeps fingertip sensitivity close to bare-hand feel, causes less hand fatigue than bulkier cut-resistant gloves, and stays abrasion-resistant over time thanks to DURAtech® technology.
The MaxiCut® Ultra™ is certified to EN 388:2016+A1:2018 for mechanical risks such as cut, abrasion and tear resistance, and to EN 16350:2014, which covers the electrostatic dissipative properties of glove materials. EN ISO 21420:2020+A1:2024 confirms it meets the general requirements for protective gloves, while Regulation (EC) 1935/2004 covers food-contact suitability of the material. As Category II PPE, it's designed for tasks involving moderate risk.
Typical uses span any environment combining precision handling with cut hazards, including construction and road building, the electrical industry, waste management, vehicle and aircraft manufacturing, firefighting, forestry, agriculture and gardening, landscaping, skilled trades and machine work.
