MaxiCut® Oil™ by ATG® is a cut-resistant knitted glove built for mechanical work in oily or wet environments. It suits anyone carrying out precision tasks under demanding conditions who still needs reliable grip and protection. On top of that, it withstands contact with warm parts up to 80°C, making it a solid choice for tasks involving heat exposure.
The liner, woven from a blend of UHMWPE, glass fibre, nylon, polyester and spandex, delivers strong abrasion resistance while staying comfortable to wear over long shifts. The ¾ coating of silicone-free nitrile microfoam uses LIQUItech® technology to repel liquids at the palm, while the uncoated back of the hand stays breathable. The result is hands that stay dry and dexterous even during extended wear, which matters most in precision work.
Cut protection comes from CUTtech® technology and covers medium cut resistance. The glove is tested to EN ISO 21420:2020, the base standard for protective gloves, to EN 388:2016+A1:2018 for mechanical risks such as cutting, abrasion and tear, and to EN 407:2020 for thermal risks including heat and fire. This places it in PPE category II for medium-level risks.
MaxiCut® Oil™ is designed for environments where cut hazards meet oily or wet conditions, including construction and road building, printing and electrical industries, vehicle and aircraft manufacturing, waste management, fire services, and forestry, agriculture and garden work, as well as public authorities and organisations.
