This multi-norm jacket is built for women working in higher-risk trades such as electrical work, welding, and road or construction work. Unlike garments with a topical flame-retardant finish, the protection here is built into the fibre itself, so it doesn't wash or wear out over time. The jacket covers several hazard categories at once, making it a solid choice for workplaces where more than one type of risk is present.
The outer fabric, a blend of modacrylic, cotton, FR polyamide and aramid with an antistatic component, feels soft and flexible rather than stiff or plasticky against the skin. Its ripstop weave adds extra resistance to tearing, which matters when the job involves sharp edges or rough surfaces on a daily basis. The light inner lining keeps the jacket wearable over long shifts without trapping excess heat underneath the protective layers. Practical touches like the two chest pockets with concealed zips and the loops for a gas detector, oxygen meter or microphone make it easier to work efficiently in hazardous environments.
The jacket is certified to EN ISO 11612 for protection against heat and flame, EN ISO 11611 for welding and related processes, and EN 13034 for protection against liquid chemical splashes.
