This hi-vis vest for children from Blaklader helps kids stand out in traffic, on the way to school or during outdoor play. Two reflective stripes, 50 mm wide, wrap around the vest for visibility from every angle, while elastic bands at the sides keep the fit comfortable even when kids are constantly on the move. Velcro fastenings on the right side and right shoulder make it quick and easy to put on and take off, which matters when you are getting children ready in a hurry.
Made from 100% polyester in a warp-knit construction, the fabric is lightweight and holds its shape well, with an anti-pilling finish that keeps it looking neat through regular wear. At 120 g/m², it sits comfortably over other clothing without adding bulk, and the bound neckline is designed to sit softly against the skin without chafing.
The vest is certified to EN 17353 Type AB3, the standard for high-visibility clothing that improves how well a wearer is seen in daylight and under vehicle headlights - a key safety factor for children near traffic. The fabric also meets Oeko-Tex Standard 100, meaning it has been tested for harmful substances and is safe for children to wear directly against the skin.
