The Portwest Compositelite Trainer Vistula is a lightweight S1P HRO safety shoe built for anyone working in metal-free zones or looking for a lighter alternative for light to medium industrial work. Its trainer-style design feels less bulky than a traditional safety boot, while still delivering full protective performance.
The sole is made from Phylon and rubber, a combination that keeps the shoe noticeably light on the foot while standing up to daily wear. The dual-density sole balances comfort with stability, so the shoe stays comfortable even over longer shifts. Because the entire construction is metal-free, the toe cap is made from composite rather than steel, which further reduces weight and makes the shoe non-magnetic as well as nickel- and iron-free.
The S1P rating means the composite toe cap protects against impact and compression, and the anti-penetration midsole guards against sharp objects underfoot. The HRO marking confirms the sole is heat-resistant, while the fuel- and oil-resistant sole makes the shoe reliable on greasy or contaminated floors.
