The PW3 Hi-Vis Softshell Jacket is built for anyone who needs to stay visible and protected outdoors without giving up a modern look. Its fresh, stylish fit sets it apart from bulkier, traditional hi-vis wear, making it a jacket that works just as well off-site as on.
The 2-layer fabric is breathable, windproof and water-repellent. The PFAS-free Texpel Splash Eco treatment makes water bead off the surface instead of soaking in, keeping the jacket noticeably drier in the rain and reducing that damp, clammy feel. Adjustable cuffs and a drawcord hem let you fine-tune the fit against the weather, while the curved back hem adds extra coverage when bending or crouching. Five pockets, including a concealed phone pocket and a removable ID card pocket, plus a radio mic loop and a headphone loop keep everyday gear organised and within reach.
Visibility comes from the heat-resistant, flame-retardant Hi-Vis Tex Pro reflective tape. The jacket is certified to EN ISO 20471, tested after 50 washes, so the protection holds up over the working life of the garment. CE certification and UKCA marking confirm compliance, and the orange colourway also meets RIS 3279-TOM for rail industry use. The UPF 40+ rated fabric blocks 98% of UV rays, adding sun protection for outdoor work.
