The DX4 Hi-Vis Softshell Jacket is built for anyone who works outdoors in changeable weather and needs to stay visible while doing it. Its sport-inspired cut, with a longer back length and pre-shaped arm curves, keeps the jacket comfortable during constant movement, a real benefit on site or working near traffic all day.
The three-layer ripstop fabric combines durability, breathability and wind resistance in one construction. Its PFAS-free Texpel™ Splash Eco finish makes water bead straight off the surface without relying on the harsher chemicals older treatments use. The stretch woven into the fabric shows up whenever you reach, bend or climb, while the drawcord hem and hook-and-loop cuff fastenings let you fine-tune the fit. Six pockets, including an inner pocket, phone pocket and removable ID card holder, plus a radio mic loop, keep kit and devices within easy reach.
On the protection side, the jacket is certified to EN ISO 20471, and that rating holds even after 50 washes, so the segmented reflective striping keeps doing its job over the jacket's working life. The heat-resistant, flame-retardant reflective tape is built to withstand extra wear and tear. The fabric also carries a UPF 40+ rating, blocking 98% of UV rays, useful for anyone spending long hours outside. CE certified and UKCA marked, the orange version additionally meets RIS 3279-TOM for use in the rail industry.
That makes the DX4 jacket a strong fit for road and groundworks crews, rail maintenance teams, emergency responders, or anyone else who needs visibility and weather protection in the same garment. Available in Orange/Black and Yellow/Black, in sizes up to 6XL.
