The EV4 Hi-Vis Shell Jacket is a year-round hi-vis jacket built for anyone working outdoors in changing weather who also needs to be seen. Its ergonomic profile, raglan sleeves and pre-shaped elbows, combined with the Acti-Reach single-panel construction, keep the jacket out of your way when reaching, twisting or working overhead – the kind of detail that decides whether a jacket gets in the way or gets forgotten on the job.
The 3-layer stretch fabric brings together waterproofing, breathability and freedom of movement. Taped seams and the PFAS-free Texpel Splash Eco finish make water bead off the surface instead of soaking in, while underarm zips add extra ventilation when things heat up underneath. CorePro Armour reinforces the elbow area, so the fabric holds up to leaning, kneeling and contact with rough surfaces without wearing through early.
On the protection side, the jacket meets EN343 class 4.4, giving strong resistance to water penetration along with high breathability – useful for anyone spending hours in the rain without overheating underneath. It's also certified to EN ISO 20471, tested after 25 washes, so the visibility performance holds up under regular commercial laundering.
An extended back length, storm cuffs, a detachable helmet-compatible hood and an adjustable hem with drawcord and hook-and-loop closure round out the weather protection, making this jacket a solid choice for construction, groundworks, road work, outdoor logistics and any role where both visibility and weatherproofing matter.
