The DX4 Hi-Vis Hybrid quilted jacket is built for anyone working outdoors in cold, wet conditions who needs to stay visible and protected, think road crews, traffic management or construction sites. Its body-mapped, slim-fit design and knitted sleeve panels mean the insulation never gets in the way of movement.
The durable, breathable outer fabric is windproof and, thanks to the PFAS-free Texpel Splash Eco finish, highly water-repellent, so rain beads off the surface instead of soaking in or weighing the jacket down. Inside, the soft Insulatex lining warms up quickly and keeps that heat in through long shifts outside. Ribbed cuffs, a roll-away hem and an adjustable hem cord let you fine-tune the fit to the weather, while the chin guard stops the zip from rubbing.
Day-to-day practicality is well covered too: seven pockets, including chest, side and a secure inner pocket, give plenty of storage, and a radio loop plus a removable ID card holder make it a natural fit for teams running radios and site passes. The fabric is also UPF 40+ rated, blocking 98% of UV rays for anyone working in strong sun.
The heat-resistant, flame-retardant Hivistex Pro reflective tape works alongside EN ISO 20471 certification, which remains valid after 25 washes, to keep wearers visible in poor light and bad weather. The jacket is CE certified and UKCA marked, making it a solid choice for professional hi-vis work.
