The NOMEX® COMFORT work trousers DEAHO01 from the Mauser product line are flame-protection trousers built for anyone facing thermal or electrostatic hazards on the job. Cut as classic work trousers with practical details, they come in a wide size range from 42 to 22 U, making it easy to find the right fit for almost any build.
The fabric is 98% aramid with a 2% antistatic special fibre, finished with an FC treatment and a weight of 260 g/m². This combination results in a fabric that is sturdy yet not heavy, staying comfortable to wear over long shifts while holding up to the demands of everyday industrial work. The features are designed with practical use in mind: a buttoned fly, two side pockets, a right-hand ruler pocket, a rear pocket with a flap, and a waistband with seven belt loops keep tools and small items secure and ensure a firm, reliable fit throughout the working day.
The trousers meet the EN 1149 standard, which covers protection against electrostatic charging. This matters wherever a static spark could ignite flammable materials or damage sensitive electronics. Classified as PSA category II, the trousers are designed for medium-risk hazards, making them a suitable choice for trades that regularly work near heat sources, open flames, or electrostatically sensitive areas.
