The DANEXHO01 flame-protection trousers from the Mauser line are built for anyone working in environments where electrostatic discharge is a real hazard, without giving up the practical features a working trouser needs. Two side pockets, a back pocket, a leg pocket and a dedicated ruler pocket keep tools and small items within easy reach, while the fly closes with a classic button placket.
The fabric is a blend of 64% polyester, 35% aramid and 1% antistatic fibres at 320g/m². This combination makes the trousers tough and hard-wearing on site, while the polyester content keeps them comfortable to wear and easy to look after. The aramid fibres give the fabric its flame-resistant properties without adding bulk or stiffness.
The antistatic fibres woven into the fabric provide an electrostatic dissipative finish to EN 1149-5. In practical terms, this means static charge built up through movement or friction is safely dissipated, reducing the risk of dangerous sparking in the right working environment. As Category II PPE, the trousers are designed for tasks involving a moderate level of risk.
These trousers suit workers in industry and skilled trades who operate around combustible dusts or vapours, such as those in oil and gas, plant construction or the chemical industry. Available in blue across 28 sizes from 42 to special sizes, they can be matched to almost any build.
