The XALH130 multi-norm bib overalls from the Mauser product line are built for work environments where protective clothing needs to combine safety with genuine wearing comfort. The attached bib features a bib pocket with concealed zip and an extra pocket with hook-and-loop flap, complemented by a practical layout of pockets including a rule pocket, a leg pocket and a seat pocket. Stretch braces with quick-release buckles make the overalls easy to put on and take off while keeping them securely in place during movement.
The fabric is a blend of 54% modacrylic and 45% cotton with a small proportion of antistatic fibre, finished with an FC treatment at around 320 g/m². This combination results in a sturdy, pleasant-handling material that holds its shape under regular use while the cotton content keeps it comfortable against the skin. The grey patch pockets on the sides and the two side entry pockets are cut for function without restricting freedom of movement.
Tested to IEC 61482, the overalls protect against the hazards of an electric arc flash, the kind of risk that can occur when working on or near live electrical installations. Classification in PPE category III confirms that this is protective clothing designed for serious, potentially irreversible hazards, which comes with correspondingly demanding test requirements. Flame-resistant reflective stripes running down from the leg pockets add visibility in low-light conditions.
This makes the XALH130 particularly suitable for electricians, maintenance technicians and other professionals working around electrical installations who need dependable arc flash protection without giving up fit or functionality.
