The MAPA Ultranitril 381 is a chemical-resistant glove made from green nitrile, built for tasks that demand both protection and precise handling. Thanks to Mapa Professionnel's patented multi-layer technology, the glove follows the natural shape of the hand and stays remarkably supple, allowing for confident work even with fiddly tasks. Being made entirely from nitrile, it is particularly well suited to anyone with an allergy to natural latex proteins.
Inside, a cotton knit lining keeps the hand comfortable during extended wear and adds thermal insulation, so objects up to 100°C can be handled safely. The textured, roughened palm delivers reliable grip even on wet or slippery items, while the notched cuff edge adds extra comfort around the wrist. The material also holds up well against mechanical wear and contains no silicone.
Rated CE CAT 3, the glove is designed to protect against irreversible risks. Under EN 374-1:2016 it is certified as Type A against chemicals from groups J, K, L, O, P and T, meaning it offers broad protection across a wide range of chemical classes. It also meets ISO 18889 for handling plant protection products and pesticides, classified as G2 for higher potential risk – a key point for anyone regularly working with agricultural chemicals.
