The MAPA® Ultrane 500 is a coated fine-knit glove built for anyone who needs a secure grip while working with liquids, oils or rough materials. It suits industrial, trade and logistics professionals who want a hard-wearing glove for daily use without sacrificing dexterity.
The seamless polyamide (nylon) liner, knitted in a fine 13-gauge construction, gives the glove a close, comfortable fit and keeps the hand breathable even during extended wear. A nitrile coating on the palm provides reliable grip, while two compressed nitrile layers make the glove fully impermeable to liquids. Despite this double coating, the glove stays flexible and doesn't tire the hand, abrasion resistance is solid, and being silicone-free makes it a good choice for paint or surface-finishing work where silicone residue would be a problem.
The EN 388 and EN 407 standards confirm protection against mechanical hazards such as abrasion, cuts, tearing and puncture, as well as against thermal risks like heat and contact warmth. The additional ISO 18889 - GR rating indicates tested grip performance, making the glove particularly suited to handling oily or wet workpieces safely.
The Ultrane 500 works well in metalworking, assembly and logistics, and in any task where gloves regularly come into contact with liquids or abrasive surfaces. The item is sourced to order and supplied in pairs in a polybag with euro-slot hole, sold only in the full pack quantity of 96 pairs.
