The Hi-Vis Winter Pilot Jacket is built for anyone working outdoors in freezing, wet conditions who also needs to stay clearly visible. It combines hi-vis protection with serious cold-weather performance, making it a solid choice for construction sites, road works, logistics and any job where the weather refuses to cooperate.
The fabric is fully waterproof with taped seams, so water stays out exactly where it matters most. On top of that, the outer surface is heavily water-repellent, letting rain bead off rather than soak in. Inside, the jacket is fully lined and padded to lock body heat in, with a fleece-lined collar that feels warm and comfortable against the neck. Velcro cuff fastenings and an elasticated side waist keep the fit close to the body during movement, stopping cold air from creeping in.
Cold protection is certified to EN 342 down to -40°C, making it suitable for genuinely harsh winter conditions outdoors. Visibility is backed by reflective tape and certification to EN ISO 20471 that remains valid after 50 washes, meaning the hi-vis performance holds up over the working life of the jacket. The fabric also carries a UPF 40+ rating, blocking 98% of UV rays, a useful bonus for anyone spending long hours outside in sunshine too.
With four pockets, a concealed phone pocket, an inner chest pocket and a stow-away hood, the jacket offers plenty of storage and practical features for daily use. A two-way zip allows quick, easy access, and the branding-ready fabric makes it easy to add corporate design. Available in orange, red and yellow, and in sizes from XXS to 8XL, it suits teams of any size or mix.
