Product information "teXXor Warnschutz-Weste AMHERST"
The teXXor® AMHERST hi-vis safety vest is a certified high-visibility garment for anyone who needs to be clearly seen on the job – on construction sites, on the road, or in warehouses and logistics. Available in 11 sizes from XXL to 3XL, it offers a fit for nearly every build, in bold fluorescent orange for maximum visibility.
The outer fabric is 100% polyester, with the upper body panel made from a particularly lightweight, breathable mesh knit. This makes the vest comfortable to wear during physical work or in warmer conditions, without feeling heavy or causing overheating. Two encircling body reflective stripes and reflective stripes on the shoulder straps, each 5 cm wide, keep the wearer's outline visible from multiple angles.
The vest is certified to EN ISO 13688:2013 + A1:2021, which sets general requirements for protective clothing, and to EN ISO 20471:2013+A1:2016, the standard for high-visibility warning clothing. In practical terms, this means the vest is designed to make the wearer stand out clearly in daylight and under vehicle headlights, reducing the risk of accidents in hazardous work environments. As Category II PSA, it covers protection against medium-level risks.
This makes the AMHERST suitable for a wide range of sectors: construction and road building, public authorities and organisations, waste management, vehicle and aircraft manufacturing, fire services, forestry, gardening and agriculture, skilled trades, mechanical engineering, and transport, logistics and warehousing.
