The teXXor® TORONTO hi-vis parka is built for anyone working outdoors in wind and rain who also needs to stay visible on the job. Thanks to a removable inner jacket and zip-off sleeves, it converts into three different configurations: a full winter parka, a lighter mid-layer jacket, or a standalone hi-vis vest. That flexibility means one jacket can cover changing weather conditions and tasks instead of needing several separate garments.
The outer shell is made from polyester with a polyurethane coating, paired with a polyamide contrast material for a tough, windproof and waterproof exterior. The sleeves feature additional quilted padding, which translates into noticeably more warmth in cold conditions. The polyester lining adds everyday comfort, while the waterproof hood built into the collar, with its adjustable fit, provides extra protection from rain without restricting movement. Two flap-covered pockets, a waterproof zip chest pocket and an inner lining pocket give plenty of practical storage for tools and personal items.
The parka is certified to EN ISO 20471, making it suitable as high-visibility workwear for environments with increased accident risk – the roughly 5 cm wide reflective stripes running around the body and sleeves ensure the wearer stays visible in low light and poor visibility. Certification to EN 343 confirms protection against wind and water, while EN ISO 13688 covers the general requirements for protective clothing. Classified as PPE Category II, the jacket is designed to address medium-level risks.
