The teXXor® TORONTO hi-vis parka is built for anyone working outdoors who needs to stay visible whatever the weather. Its standout feature is a clever 3-in-1 design: the inner jacket can be removed and the sleeves zipped off, turning the parka into a hi-vis vest when needed. The inner jacket itself carries reflective strips too and can be worn on its own, so one garment covers several working scenarios.
The polyester outer shell with polyurethane coating, combined with the polyamide contrast material, creates a tough, windproof and waterproof outer layer that holds up well during extended work in the rain. The polyester lining and quilted, padded sleeves keep things comfortable and warm without restricting movement. Everyday practicality comes from the waterproof zip chest pocket, an extra chest pocket in the lining, and two flap-covered hand pockets, plus a waterproof, adjustable hood built into the collar for extra weather protection.
The roughly 5 cm wide reflective strips running around the body and sleeves ensure visibility from every angle and meet the requirements of EN ISO 20471:2013+A1:2016 for high-visibility clothing. EN 343:2019 confirms protection against rain and wind, while EN ISO 13688:2013+A1:2021 covers the general requirements for protective clothing. As Category II PPE, the parka is designed for medium-level hazards, giving reliable protection for outdoor work.
The TORONTO is well suited to construction and road building, public authorities and organisations, waste management, vehicle and aircraft manufacturing, forestry, gardening and agriculture, as well as skilled trades, mechanical engineering, transport, logistics and warehousing – anywhere visibility and weather protection both matter.
