The teXXor® CALGARY hi-vis parka is built for anyone working outdoors in changing weather who also needs to stay clearly visible. Thanks to a removable inner jacket and zip-off sleeves, it can be worn three ways: as a full parka, as a hi-vis vest, or with just the separate inner jacket – giving you one piece of workwear that adapts to the conditions instead of needing separate garments for every situation.
The outer fabric, polyester with a polyurethane coating, combines with the polyamide contrast material to create a tough, weatherproof shell. The polyester lining keeps things comfortable to wear, while the quilted padding in the sleeves adds extra warmth. The inner jacket is also polyurethane-coated, so it holds up on its own in wet conditions. Practical features such as the waterproof hood with drawcord tucked into the collar, two flap-covered hand pockets, a chest pocket sized for a phone, and an inner chest pocket in the lining round it off for long days on site.
The parka meets EN ISO 20471, the standard for high-visibility warning clothing – the reflective strips running around the body, sleeves and shoulders, including on the inner jacket, help make sure the wearer is spotted early even in poor light. EN 343 confirms protection against wind and rain, while EN ISO 13688 covers the general requirements for protective clothing. As Category II PPE, it's designed for moderate risk situations.
