The teXXor® BUFFALO hi-vis bib trousers are built for anyone who needs to stay visible on the job while wearing genuinely tough workwear. Available in 24 sizes ranging from 24 to 110, they fit almost any build, making them a practical choice both for individual purchase and for outfitting entire crews. The contrast-coloured panels on the thighs, hems and pocket openings aren't just a styling detail — they cover exactly the areas that get dirty fastest on site.
The outer fabric is a polyester-cotton blend in twill weave at roughly 280 g/m², paired with a slightly lighter contrast fabric at around 260 g/m². Together they make for a hard-wearing garment that holds its shape through daily use on construction sites or in warehouses. Durable double-stitched seams reinforce the areas under the most strain, while the side button fastening makes the trousers quicker to put on and take off — useful when they're worn over other clothing or protective gear.
As certified hi-vis workwear, the BUFFALO meets EN ISO 13688:2013 + A1:2021, which sets out the general requirements for protective clothing, and EN ISO 20471:2013+A1:2016, the standard for high-visibility warning clothing. Reflective strips running around both legs help ensure the wearer is spotted early in poor light or roadside conditions. Classified as PSA Category II, the trousers offer a level of protection that goes beyond standard workwear.
