Product information "teXXor High-Visibility Shorts ERIE"
The teXXor® ERIE hi-vis shorts are designed for anyone who needs to stay visible and protected during warmer months without sacrificing freedom of movement. An elasticated waistband with five belt loops allows for a personalised fit, while two front pockets and one back pocket provide plenty of room for tools and small items.
The outer fabric, made from 80% polyester and 20% cotton in a twill weave at around 280 g/m², makes the shorts hard-wearing and practical for daily use. The contrasting panels on the waistband and pocket openings use a lighter blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton, positioned specifically to help disguise dirt and stains. Durable flat-felled seams and careful interior finishing mean the shorts hold their shape even under frequent and demanding wear.
The shorts meet EN ISO 13688:2013 + A1:2021, which sets out general requirements for protective clothing, as well as EN ISO 20471:2013+A1:2016 for high-visibility warning clothing. This places the shorts in PPE category II, and the reflective stripes running around both legs help ensure the wearer is seen clearly even in poor light.
This makes the ERIE shorts well suited to construction and road construction work, public authorities and organisations, waste management, forestry, garden and agricultural work, horticulture, trades, transport, logistics and warehousing.
