The teXXor® BUFFALO high-visibility bib and brace overalls are built for anyone who needs to be seen on the job while wearing trousers tough enough to handle daily wear on construction sites, road works or in logistics operations. With 24 sizes available, the overalls can be fitted precisely to almost any build, making them a practical choice both for bulk procurement by businesses and for individual buyers.
The outer fabric, a twill weave of 80% polyester and 20% cotton at roughly 280 g/m², gives the overalls a sturdy foundation that stands up to demanding work. The contrast panels on the thighs, hems and pocket openings are made from a slightly lighter blended fabric chosen specifically to keep visible soiling to a minimum. Reinforced flat-felled seams cut down on wear at the stress points, and the side button fastening makes it noticeably easier to get in and out of the overalls during the working day without having to remove tools or other gear first.
The overalls meet EN ISO 13688:2013 + A1:2021, which sets the general baseline requirements for protective clothing, along with EN ISO 20471:2013+A1:2016, the standard for high-visibility garments. This means the fluorescent yellow colour and the reflective stripes running around both legs help wearers stand out clearly in daylight and under vehicle headlights alike, which matters wherever people work close to traffic or moving machinery. As Category II PPE, it is certified protective equipment for medium-level risks.
The large zipped chest pocket on the bib and the two roomy patch pockets at the front provide enough storage for tools and personal items. This makes the BUFFALO suitable for construction and road building, for public authorities and waste management, vehicle and aircraft manufacturing, forestry, horticulture and agriculture, as well as skilled trades, transport, logistics and warehousing.
