The vented Endurance helmet is built for work at height, where low weight, a secure fit and all-day comfort matter most. Designed without a peak, it stays compact and unobtrusive during overhead tasks or when looking upwards, making it a practical choice for rope access technicians, scaffolders and engineers working on masts and structures.
The shell is made from ABS, striking a balance between light weight and durability. Ventilation openings keep air moving around the head, helping to reduce heat build-up during longer shifts or warmer conditions. Inside, a 6-point textile harness spreads the load evenly across the head, noticeably improving comfort over a full working day. The fit is fine-tuned through a ratchet wheel system covering head sizes from 52 to 63 cm, complemented by a technical sweatband and a 4-point Y-style chin strap with a soft rubber chin guard that keeps the helmet firmly in place even during movement.
The helmet is CE certified and, if kept undamaged, can be used for up to seven years from the date of manufacture. Its hi-vis colour improves the wearer's visibility in daylight, a real advantage on construction sites and roadworks where being seen is part of staying safe. It is also compatible with the PW47 and PS47 clip-on ear defenders, HV extreme hearing protectors, the PW58 visor holder and the PA03 eye protection, allowing it to be built into a complete head protection system as needed.
