Arc Flash Visor Class 2

The PS93 arc flash visor Class 2 is built for anyone working live or near live electrical parts who needs reliable protection for their eyes and face. The visor carrier is included in the box and fits directly onto the Portwest PS53 and PS54 helmets, so there's no need to source it separately.

The visor itself is injection-moulded from polycarbonate, giving it the durability needed for daily use on site. Its grey tint isn't just cosmetic - it makes colour recognition easier while working, without compromising on clarity or visibility. The carrier is made from flame-resistant material and designed to fit 30mm helmet slots, while the ergonomically shaped, transparent chin guard keeps head movement unrestricted. The flip-up position is balanced to distribute the visor's weight evenly, so lifting it up and down feels comfortable rather than awkward.

Designed to guard against the mechanical and thermal hazards of an arc flash, the visor is intended for use with non-vented Category III helmets and carries CE certification under CE-CAT III. In practice, this means it meets the requirements for personal protective equipment in the highest risk category, making it suitable for tasks involving elevated exposure to danger.
