The Integrated Visor Helmet is a modern safety helmet designed for settings where head and eye protection are needed together. Its standout feature is the built-in visor, which pushes back easily into the helmet shell when not in use, staying safely stowed rather than hanging loose or getting misplaced. Protection is always within reach, without carrying a separate piece of equipment.
Inside, EPS foam (expanded polystyrene) provides cushioning and comfort, while the ventilated shell promotes airflow and keeps the head cool during wear. The visor itself is injection-moulded from polycarbonate for high performance, and the 4-point chin strap keeps the helmet securely in place even during movement. A rotary dial at the back allows precise, tool-free size adjustment for a personalised fit.
The helmet carries dual certification under the new EN 397:2025 Type 2 and EN 12492, meaning it offers enhanced protection against impacts from multiple angles, not just from above. This combination makes it a high-performance PPE solution for work where lateral impact risks are a real concern.
Available in Bright Orange, Bright Yellow and White, the helmet suits businesses that value high-visibility colour options alongside a modern, thoughtfully engineered design. Retail-ready packaging also supports presentation at point of sale.
