The Expertline PS62 safety helmet is a lightweight industrial helmet built for anyone who needs reliable head protection without the weight and discomfort of a bulky helmet. Its ventilated shell keeps air circulating around the head, helping to keep you cooler during demanding work, while the low overall weight reduces strain on the neck over a full shift.
The shell is made from durable HDPE and paired with a 6-point plastic harness and a rotating dial that lets you adjust the fit precisely without tools. The included sweatband adds further comfort against the skin, and the smooth plastic harness is easy to keep clean. The extended rear shell design offers improved neck protection compared to standard helmet shapes, the built-in rain gutter channels water away from the face, and the universal 30 mm side slots allow accessories such as ear defenders or a visor to be attached.
The helmet is CE certified, confirming it meets the requirements for personal protective headgear. With its standard peak design, it suits typical industrial settings such as construction sites, manufacturing floors and warehouses, wherever workers need a helmet that stays comfortable through a full day on site.
