The NITRAS POWER STEP is a safety shoe designed for anyone who spends long hours on their feet in workshops, on construction sites, or in logistics, and who wants reliable protection combined with genuine wearing comfort. Its appealing design and ergonomic shape mean the shoe does more than protect: it stays comfortable through a full working day.
The upper is made from durable full-grain leather that withstands the daily wear and tear of physical work while remaining flexible. The COMFORT STEP insole is ergonomically shaped to support the foot, and the flattened heel allows for a natural rolling motion with every step. A heel lining makes the shoe easy to put on and take off, while the reinforced heel in robust microfibre adds extra stability and durability over time.
This shoe meets the S3 HI HRO standard, giving it a well-rounded set of protective features: the steel toe cap guards against impact and compression, the steel penetration-resistant midsole stops sharp objects from piercing the sole from below, and the PU/nitrile outsole with SRC certification delivers dependable slip resistance. HI indicates heat insulation of the sole, while HRO means resistance to contact with hot surfaces. Certified as PPE category II under DGUV Regel 112-191, the POWER STEP is built for professional use in trades, industry, logistics, and construction, wherever feet need protection from mechanical and thermal hazards.
